Dendeng Balado - West Sumatera, Indonesia

When speaking country Indonesia is not separated from the typical food very much at all. This is not surprising because this country consists of diverse tribes and cultures. Each tribe and culture has its own variety of food.

Cooking Materials:
  • 1 pound thinly sliced beef rather wide
  • 3 pieces of lime in the water grab
  • 1 teaspoon salt, or according to taste
  • 2-3 cloves garlic finely

How to Make "Dendeng":

  • 5 tablespoons coconut milk

Balado Seasoning Cooking Method:

  • Bumbu Balado can be blended directly with the "Dendeng" that has been made or is poured on top "Dendeng".
