Fried Chicken - Recipes

Southern Fried Chicken, the American favorites. That is how a chicken at home with the fryer. I know I always like to make a big bucket of KFC and it is just as good if not better. Pieces of chicken are seasoned for the first time, then dipped in hot sauce, an egg mixture and breaded with flour, baking powder and salt. Do not let the amount of hot sauce scare you, it's actually not very strong at all. I used Tabasco sauce together. Feel free to add spice to the flour mixture. Fryer very deep pool is necessary for frying. If you do not want to use the whole chicken cut, it is also perfect for chicken! The fried chicken comes out perfectly crispy and tasty. Enjoy.

Step 2 :
In a small bowl, combine black pepper, salt and garlic powder. In another bowl or pie plate, combine flour, baking powder and salt.

Step 3 :
Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Sprinkle the chicken pieces well on both sides with spice mixture.

Step 4 :
Soak the chicken in the mixture of hot sauce and deep. A bit of both chicken roll in flour mixture and drop into the fryer. This is not a charge of frying chicken. Cook chicken in spicy meat and brown (dark takes about 14 minutes, white meat about 10 minutes). A good way to tell if it does penetrate deep into the bone with a fork, if the juices run clear, it's done. Drain on paper towels. Repeat until all the fried chicken.
(Makes 4 servings)
